Sid’s has been offering deer hunts on a small scale for several years. Although we don’t take lots of hunters, we have had 100 % opportunity in the last few years. We hunt mostly ‘crown’ land (government owned), but also have some private land for our exclusive use.
We hunt over salt blocks and bait piles, some in heavily wooded areas and some in sites where we can easily watch open cutover areas or fields.
Most of our hunters bring their own tree stands, but we usually have some set up for your use. We have freezers and are agents for taxidermists, so we can provide you with the proper care of your meat and trophies.
Small game season is open at that time of year, and can provide an exciting pastime for those who fill their tags early in the week.
